In this way, we, the Terilogy Group, consider it our mission to provide optimal solutions to the on-site issues and social issues occurring right before the eyes of our customers—major and global companies in various industries supporting our country, mid-sized and small-to-medium-sized enterprises, central government agencies and local governments, research institutions, and the educational and cultural fields—through the fusion of the world's cutting-edge technologies, our unique technological development capabilities, and the intelligence we have cultivated so far, and we conduct our corporate activities accordingly.,
Recently, we have been striving to expand the Group's business scale and business scope by strengthening alliances through capital and business alliances aimed at strategic mutually beneficial relationships with domestic and overseas business partners, and by acquiring attractive new businesses and management resources that are effective in group synergy, leveraging investment strategies such as M&A. As a result, centered around the listed holding company Terilogy Holdings (THD), we have continued to grow as a unique IT technology corporate group comprising 7 consolidated subsidiaries, 3 equity-method affiliates (including 2 in Vietnam), 2 investment and incubation target companies, and 2 investment business partnerships (funds) (including 1 in Israel). Furthermore, going forward, while appropriately incorporating the changes in the market environment due to the deployment of the noteworthy AI technology and its AI capabilities, and skillfully capturing them as new business opportunities, we will promote the core businesses of our group portfolio, such as the cyber security business related to space and social infrastructure, cyber threat information analysis business, various ICT service provision businesses, DX support business, system development business, contact center support business, CX (Customer Experience) promotion business, and cloud service business. Moreover, not only in the Japanese market but also in the Asian global market, we will deploy our business portfolio armed with the sharp technologies unique to our Group, advance the formation from a super-niche corporate group to a global niche "single-mindedly focused IT corporate group aiming for independence and self-respect" that others cannot imitate or follow, and strive to improve the corporate value of the Group.
